Jeffrey Evans, Managing Member

Milestone Wireless was founded by Jeffrey Evans in 2001 after working as a Site Acquisition Manager for Star Wireless Development. The company has since grown to include a small staff of consultants with a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. Jeffrey holds a  Bachelor of Science from the Marshall School of Business at The University of Southern California.

Sarran Marshall, Director of Operations

Sarran has over 23 years of Wireless Telecom experience in Site Acquisition Management. As a former planner, his specific areas of expertise encompasses acquiring zoning and permitting approvals from various jurisdictions for new telecommunication projects and modifications of existing sites. His attention to detail for evaluating and justifying new site locations provides a valuable resource necessary to meeting our client’s goals.

Sarran holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Urban Planning from Morehouse College.
